Our team operates in the healthcare sector, advising industrial healthcare customers throughout the life cycle of their regulated products.
In this context, we possess a thorough understanding of European and national regulations pertaining the marketing of phytopharmaceutical products.
We thus support applicants/holders for marketing authorizations (MA) in the following areas:
- MA procedures for phytopharmaceutical products, biocides, fertilizers & crop-growing media before the Agence nationale de sécurité sanitaire de l'alimentation (ANSES);
- MA procedures for veterinary medicines issued by the Agence nationale du médicament vétérinaire (ANMV);
- Relations with ANSES, particularly the departments overseeing the evaluation of regulated products, MAs & ANMV;
- Legal disputes concerning MAs before administrative courts in cases of annulment, suspension, or refusal.
We regularly interact with ANSES & ANMV, having a profound understanding of their internal procedures, and the legal entities handling healthcare cases.
